- In charge of the project quality of Chassis Commodity (hot women's dresses during 2002.02-2003.07) , ensure the project move forward as per milestone and product quality meet with sourcing requirements. - Be familiar with quality systems, such as QS9000, cheap polo shirts 6.1 and ISO/TS16949. - Expertise with APQP, FMEA, MSA (gage R&R), SPC, PPAP, 8D, etc. - Mainly responsible for the assembling process technology and quality of suspension of car, well know how to solve the quality problem with QC tools - Pareto Chart, Fishbone diagram (Ishikawa diagram), Histogram, Control chi hair straightener diagram, etc. - Had ever joined in the production management on the shop floor, learnt 5S, Kanban, Waste elimination, Kaizen, Fool Proof, etc., and supported trail ramp up plan for assigned project, well trained by JIT / Lean Production. - Had reconstructed the manufacturing equipment for Shanghai General Motors and obtained a great success.- From 1998.07 to 2002.01, be employed as Process and QA Engineer.
